BIRCH HILLS SPORTSMAN'S CLUB
Protective Covenants are sometimes called
"Deed restrictions" that were originally set up by the founding fathers. Their purpose is to
define the style of our neighborhood, and
define rules for what every member can or
cannot do on their individual "one acre" lot.
They are recorded at the County and are
defendable by either another member or by
the BHSC Association.

Bylaws are the procedures that the
members use to conduct the business of
our Club. The Michigan Sate law requires
us to have bylaws and to keep them up to
date. The current BIRCH HILLS Bylaws
